[TSVN] next release

Hi,

Subversion will release version 1.1.4 very soon now. And version 1.2
which includes locking will be out in about 6 weeks too. So now the
question is: shall we release TSVN 1.1.4 built against Subversion 1.1.4
or skip that release and just wait for 1.2?

And if we release 1.1.4, shall we just use our trunk? Or should we
create a branch from the 1.1.3 release and just merge bugfixes?

Since implementing all the new stuff in 1.2 will take a lot of time, I'm
in favour of not releasing 1.1.4 or if then just make it a bugfix
release from 1.1.3. This would also reduce the risk of introducing new
bugs for the last release before the next 'big step'.

So what do you guys think?

1) 1.1.4 from trunk
2) 1.1.4 from /tags/version-1.1.3 with bugfixes
3) no 1.1.4 at all but go straight to 1.2

Stefan
