Which bug report? I must have missed it. I'm pretty sure that the "buggy
error message" is directly from the subversion libraries, so TSVN can't do
much about it.

Case conflicts are a long standing issue with Subversion under windows,
since Windows preserves the case of a filename, but ignores it at the same
time. There is no real solution to the problem yet. Check the following FAQ

ng=en&highlight=uppercase.
There's a script mentioned at the end, that prevents you from committing
files that just differ in case thus preventing you from creating the
potential conflict.
