It is always running as my ID.

I have noticed it sort of stops working too. For example, I have a folder
with a bunch of WC's in it which it decorates correctly. I can come back
to it later, and they all show as unmodified. I can drill into a WC and
see items marked modified, but the top-level folder stays as unmodified.
As I said, earlier it had shown modified.
