I just did a build from HEAD r2850. When I restart I am not seeing any
decorators at all, even if I press Refresh etc...
TSVNCache is running but doesn't appear to be doing anything. Not using
CPU and memory is not changing at all. Also it has 2 threads running
(didn't it used to be 4?)
I cannot really think of anything else to give you.
On the bright side, it isn't effecting my system at all, I just do not get
decorators.
