I see this as well. Also, more evidence that maybe something is not
right ...

I left my TSVN WC in a modified state last night. When I switched the PC
on this morning and started explorer the WC root comes up with a green
'unmodified' check mark after much disk churning. After a little longer
it comes up with a 'modified' mark. If the cache was really saved I
would expect it to come up modified straight away, and then do the lazy
disk check to confirm it at low priority.
