[TSVN] "Server" versus "Repository"

During my ongoing translation of the UI to Bulgarian I noticed that
recently there were some modifications and additions (related to
branching / tagging) that used the term "server". But because there is
a way to create local repository I believe this term is inapproprate.
And the term "repository" is standard.
