svn:ignore is case sensitive. Quite a pain really when the client is
TSVN on Windows, where programs do not always display filename case
correctly.

This might not be responsible for your particular problem but it sure
gave me grief when I imported an 8000 file+ pascal project. All the
.EXEs and TPUs got imported despite me having .exe and .tpu ignored.
Repository bloat bloat bloat.
