[TSVN] Misleading Branch/Tag Dialog Content

Hello!
I'm not sure whether I am the first one to report this "bug" (which is
actually _not_ a bug), but anyway.

When you try to Branch/Tag your project, TSVN issues an error dialog box
which says "Error in transaction blah-blah-blah. You have to update your
working copy first".

The "You have to update..." part is somewhat misleading. I found out (and it
is not explicitly stated in any of the help files) that if you really want
to Brach/Tag your project, you have to create appropriate folders in Repo
Browser, and only then proceed with Branch/Tag thing - obviously, it has
nothing to do with "Update" command.

For instance, I have a RssReader project, which is located at
file:///D:/Repository/trunk/RssReader
and I want to tag it and copy to
file:///D:/Repository/tags/RssReader/1.0
which fails. But as soon as I create RssReader/1.0 folder under tags/
folder, everything is fine.

So here's the point. You might either fix the dialog to clearly state that
"You have to create a destination folder prior to branching/tagging" or,
which is better, handle this issue automatically.

Thanks.
