Well, between the revision you don't see the bug and the revision you
see the bug is a huge gap! That doesn't really help.

They do! You just have to activate them in the settings.

Please note: TortoiseSVN is a windows shell extension. That means it is
designed to work with explorer. If it doesn't work with other explorer
replacements, it's not TSVN's fault! So fixing this isn't the job of us
but of the devs of that other app (in your case Totalcommander).

That said: I just tried it with the latest TC (6.51) and both the
overlays and the context menu works very well. (but man does that app
look ugly!)
