The behaviour of TSVN changed in 1.1.3 and I forgot to update the
manual. The reason for the change is that most people most of the time
want to see the whole history, and having that box checked means that
for any renamed files you can't see the history with the default
setting. We used to get a lot of mails about that - "SVN shows my
history, why doesn't TSVN". The main time you are interested in
stop-on-copy is when you are merging, and in that case, stop-on-copy
_is_ the default.

There are lots of arguments about the best way to do all this, but when
SVN 1.2 comes out, it will include improved features for getting
history, and at that point the dialog will be re-worked. Changes are
coming soon, but not just yet.

Thanks for pointing this out. The manual is wrong - I will update it.
