[TSVN] "Stop on Copy/Rename" always disabled

In the "Show Log" dialog, the check-box "Stop on Copy/Rename" is always disabled. The same applies to the button "Show all" right (left) next to it. Why is that? I really would like to see where I branched my branch off, where the "Stop on Copy/Rename" check-box would presumably be quite helpful for.
