Fist of all: welcome on board! With your help Turkish will be the twentieth
Language for TortoiseSVN.

Oh, I see. The link is broken. I'll repair it in a few minutes. Meanwhile

Don't use notepad. Use poEdit <http://www.poedit.org>. It's the best tool I
found for Windows PCs. Download it from
<http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=27043>. poEdit works
with Unicode. On my PC it displays all the russian, and asian characters
(provided you've got the fonts installed)
