[TSVN] Revision Graph feature request

Revision graphs in TortoiseSVN are inverted from those displayed by
TortoiseCVS. In TortoiseSVN, the most recent version of a file appears
in the upper left corner of the graph, whereas in TortoiseCVS it appears
in the lower right. In addition, the boxes used to display revision
graphs in TortoiseSVN are large, which makes the graphs large.

1) Could you add a preference setting for TortoiseSVN so users can pick
 how they want the revision graph oriented?
2) Could you add a preference setting for the size of the revision graph
 boxes?
