Not sure how this should work. I just filed issue 19. The text at the
bottom says something like "Notify me when this task changes". I didn't
want to be notified individually (I just subscribed to Issues) so I
unchecked the box. After submitting, the notification list is empty, so
I added Issues manually.

When it says "notify me" does it really mean "notify Issues"?

If so can the checkbox be removed so that updates always go to the
issues list.
