Cool beans.
I'm still not sure who has the official say on whether the priority
field should strictly contain the priority, or if it's okay to blend
in a bit of "how much effort would it take to fix".

If I don't hear anything else, I'll just adjust it according to the
current phase of the moon for any future issues I add :-).
