And you set the Category to "shell", but it's actually "Proc" you should use.
"Shell" is only for the shell extension part, i.e. overlays and
context menu in the explorer.
"Proc" is the part which shows all the dialogs.

Nothing major, just for the next time (I've already changed the issues
accordingly).

The priority field isn't that important. I usually ignore that anyway.
I start working on issues when I'm in the right mood to do it, not
because it has a high priority in the issue tracker.

The cache should work now quite well. There are no severe bugs left in
the cache.
Since Will already set the status of these issues to "assigned" I
think he's already working on them.
