You are adding issues as 'Unconfirmed'. That term applies to bugs, and
in fact we are unlikely to use it because we only add issues once they
have been confirmed. Feature requests should normally go in at 'New'
status.

I would also set the priority to 'Low' for feature requests. Compared to
finishing off the cache they are less important.

Maybe the cache should be promoted to 'High'. Anything really important
tends to get fixed before it even touches the issue tracker ;-)
