[TSVN] Single system, multi user

Hey ...

My problem is that I have a Terminal server, which has a lot of users,
but only a few of them should be able to use the tortoisesvn client.

I hoped it would be possible to add some registry settings when the user
logs on to the system,
But i haven't been able to find the correct settings to control it with.

Any help on how to control this would be greatly appreciated.
