FWIW, the problems you have been describing are nothing like what I was
seeing, so it was likely always a different issue. In my case, Windows
would not finish its login process because Explorer seemed to be waiting
for something from TSVNCache, and it wasn't doing anything. Memory usage
was around 2MB steady and no CPU was being used.
