[TSVN] which issue tracker docs to use?

I must have missed this whilst on holidays...

http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/docs/TortoiseSVN_en/ch04s10.html

is a little different to

https://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk/doc/issuetrackers.txt

bugtraq:logregex being in the later,
bugtraq:append in the former.

I presume 'logregex' has now replaced 'append'?
