[TSVN] PROPFIND fails in Repo-Browser

From: BRM <bm_witness_at_yahoo.com>

I have a problem that is seemingly with TSVN. My
repository is on a Solaris 2.8 (SunOS 5.8) system
running through webdav using Apache 2.0.52 over secure
HTTP. My client is a Windows 2000 system running SVN
and TSVN 1.1.3 - both installed from the MSI
installation programs of the releases. (SVN installed
first, then TSVN. I have always uninstalled old
versions before installing new ones too.)

Here's the problem:
I have a URL of https://server/repo/a/b/c that works
just fine in both TSVN and SVN. I can use the
Repo-Browser on it, etc; and it works. However, if I
try to use the Repo-Browser on its parent
(https://server/repo/a/b), then the Repo-Browser
crashses. (I just sent a crash report in the last few
minutes as well.)

At first I though I might have wedged my repository,
but then I tried using "svn list
https://server/repo/a/b" at the command line, and it
worked just fine.

I was getting a result of "Error: PROPFIND
failed...405: Operation now allowed" ( I can't
remember the exact error at the moment, but that is
not far off from it.) Then I rebooted the system, and
now it is crashing and generating Crash Reports (the
first of which I submitted).

I installed 1.1.3 a few weeks ago, and it has been
running fine (even on this directory) since.

One thing that might be related to causing it: I
accidentally moved the '.svn' of the WC to a
sub-directory that was not versioned. I had tried to
do some updates, and add versioning to one of the
sub-directories before I realized what had happened. I
return the '.svn' directory to the correct directory,
and manually removed the files marked for 'add' from
the 'entries'. (I added a few of them using the 'svn
add' as TSVN was complaining at the time - and for
good reason too.) I don't know if that would recreate
it, but it is the only thing that could possibly be
related. However, the error is with the repo-browser,
and not the local copy.

FYI - using the 'Update' command in TSVN works fine.
So I can still work with the directory. I just cannot
browser the directory even though I can browser
directories above and below it (below, if I know the
path).

Help much appreciated, and let me know if there is
anything I need to add or any way I can help figure
out the problem.

Ben
