That's 3 of a kind!
The manual mentions these two (section 9.4):

- tsvn:minlogmsgsize (accompanying text, 2 times)
- tsvn:logminsize (screenshot)

Also, the manual states the following in two different paragraphs
(also section 9.4):

  "If you want to apply the property to every file and folder in the
hierarchy below the current folder, check the Recursive checkbox."

... and ...

  "If the properties are not found [on current folder], TortoiseSVN
will search upwards through the folder tree to find them [...]".

But there's no indication of which properties TSVN scans upwards for,
and which properties need to be submitted recursively to the
repository (assuming that this is what happens). My best guess would
be that 'tsvn:' properties are checked recursively and "svn:"
properties must be applied recursively, but it would be nice if the
manual mentioned it.

Also, on the front page of the 1.1.3 manual the keyword $WCDATE$
appears in rather large writing =)
