[TSVN] Issue tracker released status

Hi Luebbe,

The links to the issue tracker from our home page currently pick up
issues with all statuses. That means no issue will ever be hidden by
default. Can I suggest adding a 'Released' status, so when we produce a
new release, all 'Closed' issues get changed to 'Released' and get
hidden from the default view.
