You can use WinMerge and KDiff3 to compare whole directory trees and
merge them. (I don't know ExamDiff).
BTW I don't think you have to include any further instructions in TSVN
manual how to do that because people can look into their manuals, too.
But normally you can Drag&Drop 2 directories to the program or you
specify them with command line or use the appropriate menu item in the
program.
