[TSVN] Sometimes the explorer is not responsed in WC directory. revision 2787.

Hi all...

I tested TSVN, revision 2787 and 2783.

In revision 2787, sometimes explorer is not responsed when I entered WC directory.
the problem is not exist in revision 2783.

I don't know why. but I think because of TSVNCache...
