We know that Norton doesn't play well with TortoiseSVN, since it locks files
that TSVN modifies. The symptom doesn't occur when you use the CL client,
because Norton doesn't monitor file accesses in Dos Shells. I haven't heard
anything bad about the others yet. I suggest to either get rid of Norton AV
or exclude your working copy from the virus scan.

Do the other two virus scanners play nicely with TSVN?
 
BTW: Fullquote > /dev/nul (don't waste electrons)
