Yes, I can enter it but it the repo browser always displays HEAD. I
tried with TSVN repo. I choose revision 2652 on 2005-02-11 because there
was only one commit this day.

1) Open a repo browser and choose 2652
2) Open another repo browser and enter {2005-02-12} (Subversion assumes
00:00:00 as time)

Now compare the revision numbers in the two windows. The second one
displays HEAD. You could even confirm that with another repo browser at
HEAD.

I also tried to use {"2005-02-11 09:00"} but the Select Revision dialog
does not accept that. That should work according to the examples in the
balloon tip.

Thanks for clarifying.

If you enter nothing and press enter the balloon help tells you:
Invalid revision number! Valid revisions are:
HEAD, BASE, PREV, COMMITTED, WC, ...
So I thought they work, too.
