Repos4 has a few revisions in without being too big, and gives a blank
graph.

Have you changed this recently? r2721 seems OK now. I was probably using
r2669 when I reported that. For blank graphs, there is a spurious
horizontal scroll bar (but no vertical).

Not in Win2K they're not. There's no indication in the menu, and
pressing the keys does nothing. Actually, that's not true. Pageup/down
actually moves the horizontal scroll bar.
