TortoiseSVN is compiled with VS.NET2003, no problems at all with .svn
folders. The problems really exist only with the frontpage
extensions/IIS because IIS simply denies access to all folders/files
starting with a dot (a poor (IMHO) workaround for some security issues
with IIS5).
