[TSVN] TSVN SideEffects

Hi,

Since I have ben using TSVN, I have noticed some wierd side effects on my laptop (Win XP SP1).

1) File deletion is really slow - actually deletion is fast but the "Deleting..." dialog hangs around
for at least 30 seconds. The longer that TSVN runs without being unistalled/ reinstalled, the worse
the problem gets. This has been a problem with every version of TSVN that I have used.

2) Shutdown is slow. The time between clicking "Shutdown" on the start menu and the appearance
of the "Shut Down Windows" dialog can be several minutes. This is a problem only with the current
version of TSVN (1.1.1 build 1857). If I uninstall TSVN the problem dissappears.

As well as these things, I have noticed that my current version of TSVN takes considerably longer to prepare the commit
list than the previous version.

I couldn't find any mention of these side effects in the mailing list. Are these known problems?

thanks
Russell Thamm
