The overlays are registered under
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers

But there are _not_ 15 slots available, only 12 . Three of the 15
'possible' slots are used by windows itself and won't show up in that
list in the registry.
