[TSVN] Tab order in Branch / Tag dialogue

Hi all
The tab order in the branch/tag dialogue makes the log comment textbox the
final stop of the cursor. Ie, tab from the url drop down goes to the
button, then the tickbox, then the log message history dropdown, skipping
the textbox. Is this by design?
