Not a direct reply to Rainer, but how about renaming relocate to "re-home"?

Relocate implies (to me!) that you're moving the thing you're performing the
operation on (the WC) - but you're not:
* no files get moved
* the thing [your WC] is told where it now lives (different
server/path-on-server) - it's getting a new ... I don't know, base of
operations; home.

Basically, I think a word that doesn't imply movement would be a better
choice. "ReHome..." isn't a particularly immediately-intuitive choice,
though, I admit...
