No. Not unless your machine is completely broken. If you have a WC where
even after a kill/restart TSVNCache gives you bad status info, then I
*would* appreciate a .Zip of it. (send it to svn@indcomp.co.uk)

I can't help thinking that there might be some connection between your
revert problems and the icon problems, but I don't know what. (For
example, there is common path processing code shared between the cache and
TortoiseProc, so a bug in that might affect them both.)

Please send me the WC.
