After a Subversion command gets interrupted (for whatever reason), you
should first run the 'cleanup' command (available from the TSVN context
menu).
Then, you can simply run an 'update' on your partly checked out working
copy. That way Subversion proceeds from where it was interrupted in the
checkout before and you don't have to start the checkout of your big
source tree again.
