That won't really save you any work. It just changes the order.
As it is now:
Right click on a folder in explorer, select checkout.
From the checkout dialog click on "..." to start repo browser to select
the source tree.

As you would have it:
Right click on a folder, select repo browser.
Right click on a source tree and select your new checkout option.
From your checkout dialog select the folder for checkout.

Doesn't sound any more convenient to me.

Well we are hoping that Will's work on the TSVN external cache means
that you can have full recursion all the time without holding up
explorer. So no need for that one.
