[TSVN] wishlist

first off, TortoiseSVN rocks!
If i want to request small features,
where should i suggest my wishlist, or
should i download the source and try to add them myself.

for example:
1. being able to right-click from the repo-browser and check-out directly.
2. setting a recurse level for folder icon status,
    so that it only recurses n levels instead of all the way down the tree.
