[TSVN] Access Violation in TSVNCache.exe

When starting my home PC today and logging in, I get access violations
in TSVNCache.exe. ExternalCache was enabled during the boot.

Here is some info (Visual Studio 2003 popped up and showed me that):

Unhandled exception at 0x7c928fea in TSVNCache.exe: 0xC0000005: Access
violation writing location 0x00000010.
