[TSVN] Problem with Tortoise 1.1.3

Hello,
I have a big repository (local copy includes 29860 files in 3178
folders, and it takes 2,44GB disk space).
Because Explorer takes very long time to show this folder, I use
TotalCommander to acces to this repository.
After install Tortoise 1.1.3 I have a following problem:
When I rightclick on file or folder I must wait 2-3 minutes for a
context menu. In this time TC makes much disc reads.
When I do this on Tortoise 1.1.2 windows shows me a context menu in 3
seconds.
I've installed nightly build and I have the same problem.
