[TSVN] Rename progress

Hello,

I noticed that there is no progress indication about a rename operation. I'm
renaming a directory with hundreds of files and it take some time. TSVN does
it in the background, right? But there is no way to know when it is finished
instead of looking at the old folder waiting for it to be empty.

Am I doing anything wrong?
If not, it would be nice to have a progress indication.
