Firefox doesn't use the windows toolbars - they have implemented their
own custom toolbars!

Well, editing just the pictures really is easier outside VS.NET.
*But*, if you need to add another icon to the toolbar, assign a
command to it, ... you have a hard time doing that without VS.NET....
