[TSVN] Bug: WC base URL corrupt after switch

HI!

I switch a WC on drive D:\ from URL
"http://kasrv026:8080/svnp2plus/Entwicklung/branches/Fix/4.0/F400089/AppServ
er" to "http://kasrv026:8080/svnp2plus/Entwicklung/branches/Fix/4.0/F400104
MAWI/AppServer". Notice the space between "F400104" and "MAWI".

After that, the base URL of the WC is only "D".

Is this the same bug as the space in path bug discussed here recently?

Is there a workaround (besides changing the URL in the repository)?

We are using Tortoise 1.1.3 against Subversion 1.1.2 on Apache 2.0.52.
