I'm still convinced that we should spend this resource and sacrifice the
deleted and added icons instead.
We would have:
(Oops, have to switch back from "straight" to "classic" Icons to know what
I'm talking about :-)
- No Overlay -> not in Subversion
- Green Tick -> everything ok, no commit necessary
- Red exclamation -> Changes have to be committed to the repository.
Includes added and deleted files/folders. People who want to know the exact
status can switch on the column provider
- Yellow triangle -> A conflict somewhere in your WC has to be resolved.
- Lock -> A file is locked (IIRC not writable by you)
