Rather than "wrong" meaning "not versioned"....

This is the problem. There are two possible flavours of "wrong", and
there's is no strong consensus as to which is the lesser evil. Stefan
seems to like 'no overlay while calculating' even less than he likes
'unversioned overlay while calculating' - and he generally has the most
completely formed opinions on TSVN usage stuff. There are valid arguments
to be made either way.

Personally, I don't think it's terribly important, and at least what I'm
doing at the moment has the virtue not being an outright lie (just a
partial truth), which it would be if I was to show a folder as
unversioned. I'm inclined to leave it the way it is until we have more
feedback, though your vote for different behaviour is noted.

And no, there's no box to tick to vote for this to be a configuration option!
