[TSVN] TSVN 1.1.3 oddness - not finding network WC?

Hi all,

One of our developers stumbled across some weirdness with
TortoiseSVN 1.1.3, specifically, TSVN is not recognising
a working copy directory as being a working copy when
viewed over a network drive. Here is a screenshot:

http://si.sshnug.com/images/odd.jpg

(notice `oos` in folders is a WC, but right clicking in
either the main view or the folder view does not show
up the Commit, Update options as one would expect)

When we uninstall 1.1.3 and re-install 1.1.2 (and reboot)
although the icon overlay still doesn't work, TSVN does
recognises the WC as a WC. All the files underneath the
directory as treated correctly in both 1.1.3 and 1.1.2.

We don't have the "Recurse into folders..." option set,
but that is just too slow to use over a network with
anymore than a few WC's. Turning "Recurse into folders..."
on does fix the problem on the 2nd time we right click
on the WC directory. However, as soon as we turn the
option off, the problem returns.

My gut feeling is that it's a timing issue of some sort,
since checkouts to my local drive instead of a network
drive of the same WC work as expected.

The problem happens on either UNC path or mapped network drive,
but what bakes my noodle is that selecting TSVN->Repo-Browser
*does* point to the correct URL in the repository of the WC,
and when you select the folders' properties and then the
Subversion tab, the correct URL is also shown.

So it's like the code which determines which menu items to
display (is this a WC?) isn't giving itself enough time to
find the correct answer?

Please let me know if you need any more clues, but the only
other thing I can think of is that I recently the did the
dump/load cycle on all of our repositories from a Windows
2000 server (SVN 1.1.0) to a Windows 2003 server (SVN 1.1.3),
but I don't believe it to be a SVN issue since local working
copies are fine.

cheers
si
