Windows delete is slow on my PC too. I have no idea whether it is due to
the shell extension though. I always assumed it was just Windows being
Windows. On my PC the disk is thrashing during the delay.

Have you tried uninstalling TSVN and rebooting?

Is your recycle bin full?

Do you get this delay every time you delete, or only the first time?
