[TSVN] Problem browsing a repository with spaces in path names

Dear TortoiseSVN team,

I too observed a problem with spaces in version 1.1.3. I moved to the new
version after having some trouble with umlauts in version 1.0.8.

Updating, committing, adding, moving, checkout, and blaming of files and
directories with spaces in them works flawlessly when performed with their
own context menu entries but trying to move, blame, or just expand them in
the repository browser (context menu entry "Repo-Browser") doesn't.

If one tries to expand a folder with spaces in it's name one gets the message
"Error * URL '' non-existent in that revision" in the tree. I reproduced this
with a local repository on my harddrive (just created with TortoiseSVN 1.1.3)
as well as an Apache hosted repository (powered by Subversion 1.1.1). The
pathname "Neuer Ordner-Test" in the Apache hosted repository even crashed
TortoiseSVN while trying to expand (But that was not reproducible with the
local, harddisk based repository).

Besides that it was a great pleasure to see the progress that has taken place
between the two TortoiseSVN versions mentioned. Keep up the good work.

Best regards
Stefan
