[TSVN] Font for log messages

Dear Sir:
   I have a font problem in Log messages .
   At 1.1.2 2205 . I can use japanese and chinese (GB) to write commit
messages .and it work very well .
  At 1.1.3 2502 , I can't use chinese(GB) to wirte commit message .

the flowing is my OS and setup
OS: Japanese 2003 Enterprise Edition
      Chiense quanping input mode . Japanese input mode
Font for log messages setup: MS UI Gothic (this font can show japanese and
chinese mixed documnet verry well in ms word or ms excle)

The attache is my commit dailog screen copy.
 first line is japanese (good )
 next line is chinese (bad)
