But they would have been broken before 1.1.3 anyway.

I think the suggestion was to add file1 & file2 automatically only if
there are _no_ parameters on the command line. If the user has set it
up, it will work. If the user hasn't set it up, but it was working
anyway in earlier versions, then it will still work. Or am I missing
something?
