Sorry for the late reply - saw this in a folder I had forgot about...

I currently have:

        TortoiseSVN 1.1.3, Build 2502, UNICODE

and the problem continues.

Please let me know if I can offer any assistance.

That should be fixed in revision 1958. I can't really be sure about that
since I don't have a dual monitor system here. Maybe you can grab the
next nightly build (tomorrow) and report back if it now works or not?
